Process of Laminated Safety Glass

Step 1: The glass sheets to be laminated should be clean and free of dust particles.

Step 2: Take first glass sheet and apply the double sided tape on all four sides.

Step 3: Place the second glass sheet on the first taped sheet. Place the second sheet at a small angle. This will enable the resin to be poured in between the two sheets              to flow easily.

Step 4: Take a calculated quantity of resin & mix the other two components in it. Using a flat funnel pour the mixed resin between the two sheets of glass.

Step 5: Remove the funnel and seal the opening.

Step 6: Level the sheets and allow it to cure. The curing time shall vary as per the thickness of lamination and the size of the panel.
