ADLAM EX 150

• ADLAM EX 150 is a resin specifically formulated for making Laminated Safety Glass. It combines high tensile strength with flexibility. It is clear and has a low tendency to trap air bubbles during lamination.
• ADLAM EX 150 is a three component system which is easy to mix manually and use. It has a long shelf life.
• ADLAM EX 150 has very good miscibility with color pigments to make safety glasses in wide range of transparent and opaque colours.
• ADLAM EX 150F is a variant which provides frosting effect to safety glass.

          

• The glass/polycarbonate sheets to be laminated should be clean and free of dust particles
• Take first sheet and apply the double sided tape on all four sides.
• Place the second sheet on the first taped sheet. Place this sheet at a small angle. This will enable the resin to be poured in between the two sheets to flow easily.
• Take a calculated quantity of resin & mix the other two components in it. Using a flat funnel pour the mixed resin between the two sheets.
• Remove the funnel and seal the opening.
• Level the sheets and allow it to cure. The curing time shall vary as per the thickness of lamination and the size of the panel.
