ADLAM EX 150 is a resin specifically formulated for making Laminated Safety Glass. It combines high tensile strength with flexibility. It is clear and has a low tendency to trap air bubbles during lamination.
ADLAM EX 150 is a three component system which is easy to mix manually and use. It has a long shelf life.
ADLAM EX 150 has very good miscibility with color pigments to make safety glasses in wide range of transparent and opaque colours.
ADLAM EX 150F is a variant which provides frosting effect to safety glass.
How to use
The glass/polycarbonate sheets to be laminated should be clean and free of dust particles
Take first sheet and apply the double sided tape on all four sides.
Place the second sheet on the first taped sheet. Place this sheet at a small angle. This will enable the resin to be poured in between the two sheets to flow easily.
Take a calculated quantity of resin & mix the other two components in it. Using a flat funnel pour the mixed resin between the two sheets.
Remove the funnel and seal the opening.
Level the sheets and allow it to cure. The curing time shall vary as per the thickness of lamination and the size of the panel.
