ADLAM EX P200

ADLAM EX P200 is specifically formulated for polycarbonate to polycarbonate or glass to polycarbonate adhesion.

It is useful for making laminated glasses for bullet resistance and glass panels which are light in weight.

How to use

The glass/polycarbonate sheets to be laminated should be clean and free of dust particles
Take first sheet and apply the double sided tape on all four sides.
Place the second sheet on the first taped sheet. Place this sheet at a small angle. This will enable the resin to be poured in between the two sheets to flow easily.
Take a calculated quantity of resin & mix the other two components in it. Using a flat funnel pour the mixed resin between the two sheets.
Remove the funnel and seal the opening.
Level the sheets and allow it to cure. The curing time shall vary as per the thickness of lamination and the size of the panel.
